My approach to therapy involves aiming to discover a pathway together to take the necessary steps towards achieving meaningful goals. Therapy sessions may look like; mobility and high-level mobility and gait retraining, multi-sensory balance training, hydrotherapy including complex hydrotherapy, cycling assessments and re-training, spasticity management within MDT care, sports re-training, re-integration for recreational activities, lifestyle, and behaviour modification for long-term change, motivational interviewing, clinical and support education.
Outside the Clinic
I enjoy spending every moment with my children and family. If I am not surfing, or spending time in the outdoors with my family, you will find me in the garden and looking after my lawn on the weekends. I work hard on my motivation to remain living a healthy lifestyle, even when life seems to be busy and chaotic.
